Diagnosis of human institutions and organizations

Institutions, states, governments and organizations are all human organizations because they are made up of people, but they are impersonal structures in the sense that they do not have a soul, emotions and moral conscience.
In 1967, Rensis Lickert, a social and organizational psychologist, had the idea of analyzing the variables of such an impersonal structure and also offered a strategy for evaluating it.
This strategy is very useful today when these structures seem to have become ineffective and to function contrary to the initially declared goals and objectives.
