Genialul nostru Caragiale a definit in gluma si fara sa vrea unul din cele mai mari paradoxuri ale lumii in care traim devenita din ce in ce mai interdependenta si mai abstracta , lume guvernata de structuri impersonale "fara chip si fara nume" vorba poetului . In aceasta lume, politicienii joaca rolul ucenicului vrajitor care declanseaza forte pe care ulterior nu le mai pot stapani .
La fel ca si societatile moderne, lumea a devenit o uriasa panza de paianjen din care oamenii nu mai inteleg nimic , dar in care ei sunt prinsi ca insectele , adusi in dilema lui Buridan si fortati sa ia decizii in deplina necunostinta de cauza si impotriva vointei lor.
In cazul de fata, cetatenii britanicii au evoluat in cel mai pur stil romanesc de la " Eu cu cine votez ?! " la "Dă-i Doamne britanicului, mintea de pe urmă !".

Putin este singurul beneficiar al acestei situatii care a declansat un cutremur in toata lumea civilizata fiind singurul care o uraste pentru ca nu o intelege , dar care acum ranjeste sardonic de pe marginea ei .
